Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site4.ai website, applications and related services (the "Service"), operated by Site4 AI LLC ("Site4.ai", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Site4.ai is an AI-assisted website builder. You choose a professionally designed template, describe your business, and our AI generates and edits the content and code of your site. You can publish the result on a Site4.ai subdomain or on your own domain.

We continuously develop the Service. We may add, change or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces the functionality of a paid plan, we will give you reasonable prior notice.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Plans, Credits and Billing

The Service is offered on subscription plans. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits, which are consumed when the AI generates or edits content. Current plans, prices and credit allowances are shown on our pricing page and form part of these Terms.

• Prices are stated in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• Credits are tied to your plan and billing period; rollover of unused credits is available only on the plans where it is listed as a feature.
• We may change prices; changes take effect at your next renewal and we will notify you beforehand.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Your Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the text, images, trademarks and other materials you upload or provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, process and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service.

Subject to your payment obligations, the website generated for you through the Service is yours to use for your business. Site4.ai retains all rights in the underlying platform, templates and infrastructure; nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not infringe third-party rights and that you hold the necessary licences for any material you supply.

5. AI-Generated Output

The Service uses third-party large language models to generate text and code. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing the output before publishing it, and for ensuring that your published site complies with the laws applicable to your business — including advertising, consumer, professional-conduct and data-protection rules.

6. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach it, that create legal risk for us or other users, or that place a disproportionate load on our infrastructure.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third parties such as hosting providers, AI model providers, payment processors and domain registrars. Your use of a published site may also depend on services you connect yourself. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their own terms apply to them.

8. Availability and Support

We aim to keep the Service available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates and events outside our control may cause downtime. Support is provided by email at [email protected]; response priority depends on your plan.

9. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service unlawfully. Following termination we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period; export your content beforehand if you need it.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service or its output will be error-free or will meet your specific requirements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from Your Content, from your published site, or from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes through the Service or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.
