Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Site4 AI LLC ("Site4.ai", "we") collects and processes personal data when you use our website and services.
1. Data We Collect
- Account data: name, email address and, where you provide it, phone number and company details.
- Billing data: subscription plan, transaction history and the details needed for invoicing. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
- Content data: the prompts you write, the sites you generate, and the files and images you upload.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, log records and cookie identifiers.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used and credit consumption.
2. Why We Process It
- To provide the Service and perform our contract with you.
- To process payments, issue invoices and meet accounting obligations.
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse and debug faults.
- To improve features and measure how the Service is used.
- To send service messages and, where you have opted in, marketing messages.
3. AI Processing
To generate and edit your site, the prompts and content you submit are sent to third-party AI model providers we are under contract with. We do not sell your content, and we do not permit these providers to use it to train their models.
4. Sharing
We share personal data with service providers that help us operate: hosting and infrastructure providers, AI model providers, payment processors, email delivery services and analytics providers. They process data only on our instructions. We may also disclose data where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.
Your data may be processed in the United States, where our company is based, and in the other countries where our service providers operate.
5. Retention
We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. After you close your account we delete or anonymise the data within a reasonable period, except where a longer period is required for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes — invoices, for instance.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable form. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We respond within one month at the latest.
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls and logging. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data and poses a high risk to you, we will notify you.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
10. Changes and Contact
We may update this Policy; material changes will be announced through the Service. Questions and requests: Site4 AI LLC · 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901, United States · Email: [email protected]
