What is Site4.ai?
Site4.ai is an AI-powered website builder. Instead of starting from a blank page, you start from a professionally designed template that fits your industry, and the AI writes and edits the content around your business. The result is a site that's ready to publish in minutes.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Building and editing happen entirely through template selection and chat. You can change copy, add sections and publish your site without writing a single line of code.
How long does it take to build a site?
Once you've picked a template and described your business in a few sentences, the first version is usually ready within a few minutes. After that you can keep editing as long as you like.
What kinds of businesses is it for?
We have templates for service and small-business sites — restaurants, therapists, architecture studios, cleaning services, roadside assistance and more. Browse the templates page and start from whichever is closest to your industry.
Credits and plans
What is a credit?
A credit is the unit consumed when the AI generates something. Building a site, generating content and editing with AI all consume credits. Viewing your site or keeping it published costs nothing.
How many credits does my plan include?
The Free plan drips 5 credits a day (up to 30 a month). On Pro you pick your own monthly bucket, from 200 up to 3,000 credits.
When do credits renew?
Credits are topped back up according to your plan at the start of each billing period.
Do unused credits roll over?
On Pro, unused credits roll over to the next period. On the Free plan, daily credits reset at the end of the day.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. The change is applied according to your billing period.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes. Annual billing takes 20% off every credit bucket, so the monthly equivalent price is lower on an annual plan.
Domains and publishing
Can I connect my own domain?
Yes. You can connect a domain you already own, and the SSL certificate is issued automatically.
Is a domain included in the price?
The Free plan lets you connect 1 custom domain; Pro has no domain limit. You still buy the domain itself from a registrar — we handle connecting it and the SSL certificate.
Where is my site hosted?
Your site is hosted on Site4.ai infrastructure. Hosting, SSL and updates are covered by your plan — there's no separate server to rent.
Can I remove the "Made with Site4.ai" badge?
Yes, the badge can be removed on Pro.
Payment, cancellation and refunds
Which payment methods can I use?
Payments are taken by credit or debit card through a secure payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel in one click from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; until then your site and your access continue as normal.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription if you've consumed no more than a nominal amount of credits. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full details, including your statutory rights.
Account and support
Do I own my data and content?
Yes. The content you create and the rights to your site belong to you. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how your personal data is processed and what rights you have over it.
