Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions to the Site4.ai service, operated by Site4 AI LLC, can be cancelled and when a refund is available. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access to its features until then. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

2. Refunds

• If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid subscription and have consumed no more than a nominal amount of credits, you may request a full refund of that payment.
• Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has started, because the credit allowance is made available immediately.
• If the Service is materially unavailable for a prolonged period due to a fault on our side, you may request a pro-rata refund for the affected period.
• Payments for consumed credits are not refundable, since the underlying AI processing costs have already been incurred.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send a request from your account or email [email protected] from the address registered to your account, stating the payment concerned and the reason. Using your registered address lets us verify the request and process it faster.

4. Processing

We review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and to the same account used for the payment. Once we submit the refund, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, and is typically 5–10 business days.

5. Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we retry it and notify you. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription may be downgraded or suspended until the balance is settled. Your generated sites are retained during a reasonable grace period.
