Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone using the Site4.ai service operated by Site4 AI LLC, and forms part of our Terms of Service. Its purpose is to keep the platform safe and lawful for all users.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, host or distribute content that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• sexually exploits or endangers minors in any form;
• incites violence, hatred or discrimination against individuals or groups;
• impersonates a person, business or public authority, or misrepresents your affiliation with one;
• advertises goods or services whose sale is prohibited by applicable law, including illegal drugs, weapons and counterfeit goods;
• constitutes fraud, a deceptive financial scheme, or a fake shop or review.

2. Prohibited Conduct

• Phishing, malware distribution, or any attempt to obtain credentials or payment details deceptively.
• Probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of our systems without our written permission, or circumventing authentication and rate limits.
• Automated scraping, resale or redistribution of the Service or its output beyond the rights granted by your plan.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email or messages from, or advertising, sites built on the Service.
• Placing a disproportionate load on our infrastructure, including using credits through automated means not intended by the Service.

3. Regulated Sectors

If you build a site for a regulated profession or sector — healthcare, legal services, financial services, gambling, pharmaceuticals — you are responsible for complying with the advertising and disclosure rules that apply to it. AI-generated copy does not relieve you of that responsibility.

4. Reporting and Enforcement

Report abuse to [email protected]. We investigate reports and may remove content, suspend publishing, or terminate accounts that breach this policy. Where the breach is severe, involves a risk to others, or is required to be reported, we may act without prior notice and may notify the competent authorities.
